I’ve recently gotten out of a bad situation with a man 10 years older than me. Just because he was older didn’t mean he was mature, now that I am out of that situation with him I’ve realized that and much more about him that I didn’t recognize before. But in this time of separation I knew I was going to need a lot of support because it definitely caused a lot of pain within me and brought me to one of the lowest points I’ve ever been in my life . Through this support I’ve always had my family and close friends but A’Laila reached out to me and started helping me by giving me self worth tips, scriptures in the Bible to read (also bought me an up to date bible aka NLT), gave me workout tips and worked out with me in her free time, gave me one of her books “A Change in Direction”, and also even offered to give me a full makeover when I find myself doing better than when we started off! I am forever grateful that God sent her to help me in my time of need and that she has been a listening ear.  I know I can continue to count on her as I make my way through this journey. Thank you A’Laila!
